Best 3000: 9:55 (1st Place overall Utah Summer Games 04)

Best 3200: 9:52 (4th place State Meet 2005)

Best 5K: 15:39 Enterprise, UT

Region 9 Cross Country Champion 2004 (5K: 15:42)

Best 10K: 33:33.3 (lucky number 3?)

Marathon:  2:53:43 St George 47th place Overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

70 mpw by August 18 (that's when I move to Logan) CHECK!

St. George Marathon: Run under 3 hours with some time to spare...2:45 would be nice, we'll see.  CHECK!

Besides the SGM and especially after, I also want to focus on my 5k and 10k:

5k: <16:00

10k: < 33:00

Marathon: < 2:45 


Long-Term Running Goals:

Run for Utah State University (hopefully XC and 5,000 M & 10,000 M) Will take some work but maybe by next spring I will be ready.

4:00 mile by the time I graduate college

My hometown is Hurricane, UT but I am living in Logan right now attending Utah State University.  I am majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

felt much better today.  Still struggled up the hill to my place but other than that my legs seemed to have quite a bit of spring in them today.  Still easy recovery pace.

hey no worries...my legs are hammered! I'm just gonna take it easy for at least another week and wait 'til I don't feel anything at all in my legs before I try anything difficult.
